Expert Developer of Firebase needed- 20 days project - URGENTLY NEEDED

I need a developer who has a very good understanding of firebase. I need it for one of my project. Any developer who knows MVC can bid and tell me if he can work on firebase. I need some one who has really good experience in it. Please bid only if u can dedicate 100% to this project. I need some one who can work for long time. It is a very long work. I will make 25% of milestone. After 25% of work i will make next 25% of milestone . After that i will make so on. After 100% of work is done and tested and code is also checked then release will take place. Every day code must be updated in freelancer files. I must get daily update of what has been done and what is not done. A NDA is signed so that you do not share any work any other person. So please maintain the dignity of it.
