I have a project that should be rather straightforward if you have experience with [login to view URL] and Azure. The details of the project are attached, but I'd like to have a set of services created to upload, download, and search documents (Word, Excel, etc). The catch is that these documents, and their associated meta-data, have to be encrypted. I'd also like for these services to live in the cloud and use a Queueing model, so this means you'll need the ability to write Azure worker processes and know how to use the Azure Service Bus.
