iPhone App similar to Whisper - repost

We are looking at having an app created for iPhone (currently) that is similar to the Whisper App that is currently released. We would like most of the features listed on Whisper, including: Home page My Activity Page Settings In addition, we would like to see posts by popular and latest, but not nearby, as we are not concerned at this time with location. We would like each post to be a pic with a comment, and the ability to like or dislike, with no comment on the reply. We want each post to be anonymous with no “postee” data attached. We also want the ability to take photos directly from the app and post with a comment as new. Finally, we would like the ability to store a post from someone else in your “stored items” for later review. More information can be offered as needed.
