My job profile is procurement of IT Hardware and Software Licenses across the globe for my company, Bills passing and Purchase Order processing of vendors, negotiations with the vendors, venndor selection, MIS, Budgeting, Inventory management and control.I handle IT Procurement and Vendor Bill processing independently and I report to the Director - IT. I have good communication skills and interact with my Vendors and my colleagues in US and UK. I have good knowledge of MS Office, Powerpoint. I have at my home a desktop and a laptop with High Speed Internet Link. I can handle all your billing and customer care by email and telephone effectively as I have work experience in dealing with the vendors. I am good in effective follow-up till the closure and escalate the issues to the highest level till they are resolved.
