Hi! I am Maria Theresa V. Sanchez.I was a Customer Service Representative at the same time I am also a Technical Support Representative for Time Warner Cable through Teleperformance. Mostly, I encountered technical calls from our customers and do the troubleshooting over the phone. I also do billing stuffs, order taking and suggesting products that fits to the customer's needs. But before I became a CSR, my first experience with the bpo company was at SSI as a market researcher. We conduct surveys over the phone with different topics such as services or political issues.
