I am also an Awardee of ‘Il Grande Oratore’ from Toastmasters International, a Motivational Speaker, Key-note Speaker and YouTuber. Every person has their unique need, their unique nature. Coaching has also the same nature of "One size doesn't fit all". So, my approach is to customize the coaching plan as per the need and give more personalized 1:1 coaching. This helps people to open up about their lack and openly discuss and eventually work on that, as they usually suffer from inferiority complex in a group session and hesitate to ask for help.
