Im eager to learn new things, I do have the drive and willingness to be trained and execute with the given knowledge with a positive result, also I want to share my knowledge and skills that I've acquired over the years as a customer service representative in align with your organization.
My first BPO account, I've handled a telco account for almost 3 years In which we offer triple play services for phone, internet and satellite services and also including billing inquires, dispute, adjustment and requesting payment plan. We also act as a first contact resolution technical support that provides basic troubleshooting and self-help. it's also a sales account that offers premium channels like HBO, stars, showtime, cinemax, adult premium channels and pay-per-view channels for NFL, hockey, NBA. On which I excel in sales over the given goal on a monthly basis.
On my 2nd company. I handled 2 travel accounts, We specialized in booking reservation, rebooking, cancellation, refund. The sales skills that I gained on my telco account was proven helpful that I take advantage and applied on both accounts, I was given two different task. First, as a floor walker that provides assistance in product knowledge for a group of newbies and taking escalation calls if needed. Second, I was a Tier II agent acting as a supervisor level, same role but with added responsibility hat handles newbies, setting their expectation on what will be done and needed on their role as a travel expert. But the most import role that I learned throughout the course of my career is building connection and providing exceptional service beyond customer's expectations.
