Personally implementing some relatively minor changes to this already successful business resulted in between 10-15% growth per annum over a 2 and a half year period. The approximate value of the book of business was half a billion dollars.
With weekly reporting to the Managing Director and quarterly reports delivered to the Board of Directors, I fine-tuned my approach to communicating with the highest level stakeholders in the business.

I commenced my role with Technigro as head of Risk Management wherein I successfully wrote, submitted & subsequently received approval from the State Government as a registered traffic management provider.
Three months after commencement I was offered the role of General Manager, a role which until then had only been filled by the founder of the business for 25 years prior.
Within 3 years, staff numbers had increased by 75% and revenue had increased by an average of 10.5% per annum.

Having started as an assistant safety team member, I was promoted to the role of GM within 6 months. During my tenure I was able to compile and submit a successful tender for the largest contract in the company's short history. Staff numbers increased from 33 to 97, revenue increased by 40% and nett and gross profits increased exponentially until my departure when the business was sold in early 2012.
