I am a trainer by profession. I started as a call center agent and climbed the corporate ladder with hard work, determination, and passion for what I do. I have been in the industry for 11 years in total, being a trainer for 7. I have accumulated skills in the Learning and Development side of my job and acquired Leadership and Coaching skills on top of that. Handling a class, managing a team, creating training materials, training presentation, administrative tasks, secretarial jobs, databases and paperworks - you name it, I can work on it. I have had a VA experience in the past for 2 years with an American company, and recently with an E-Commerce client, hence I have exposure to the online freelancers’ world. My responsibilities in training include implementation of training courses outlines and syllabus for the platform assigned to. Develops and implements report methodology to determine the status and to verify their certification into Operations. Works with Operations and Quality to understand the largest problem of the current consultants, to institute into the training process. Works with Operations to design and implement up-training for certified consultants. The rest of the GEneral VA Tasks and Adhoc Tasks I am able to do and is well versed at are enumerated below. UNIVERSAL TRAINER 1. Improve the operational and training systems, processes and policies in support of organizational mission, specifically support better management reporting information flow and management, business process and organizational planning 2. Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of training, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions 3. Long term planning, including initiatives geared toward training excellence 4.Regular meetings with the Client, Operations team and Support group around strategic planning 5.Bi-Weekly coaching with trainers and operation managers. 6.Analyze needs, carry out GAP analysis and Training Needs Analysis POC/AD HOC TASKS 1. Facilitate new hire trainings for technical support and customer service department 2. Create reports and training/ops materials (modules, charts, guidelines, etc) 3. Manage email correspondence and call conferences with other departments and channel managers GENERAL VA TASKS Shopify - Checking orders - Fulfilling orders - Creating pages - Menus - Navigations - Customising Themes Social Media Moderation Social Media Curation Customer Service Emails Lead Generation SEO Research Data Entry
