Hello, I'm James. I am a certified Microsoft engineer. I have a broad range of skills which I have been developing over the past 10+ years working in the customer service and IT industries. The skills that I have acquired include: Telephone confidence, Not afraid to pick up the phone and call people for the correct information etc. HTML5, I have used HTML for email templating, basic website design and small personal games. CSS3, in conjunction with the HTML to style it. SQL/MySQL/MSSQL: A lot of my roles have included using SQL and I have got a good grasp of the language and how to query databases for specific information. Microsoft 365, I am a qualified Microsoft engineer with the MS-900 certification. I have been working with Microsoft 365 since it was office 365 and know the admin center back to front. I am currently studying the power platform to automate and make procedures more efficient etc. I am also studying Azure cloud services. IT Support, Windows, MACOS, printers, TV's and much much more. Python, I have an entry level certification in Python and I am still advancing with the language.
