I have over 12 years’ experience in banking industry (2002 -2014) and more than 8 years in customer service- call centres (1994-2002).
In my banking roles I gained strong expertise in all fields of card services (e.g. risk, collection, marketing, reporting, fraud, operations etc) and enormous ability in P&L models, budgeting, forecasting and customer analysing data.
I had under my guidance a team with main mission the supporting of business decisions for increasing revenues, market share and preventing unpleasant financial and risk situations. Among others, our basic tasks were to provide insightful and accurate information of the portfolio by ad hoc analysis and regular reporting in all business areas.
The combination of solid technical knowledge with strong analytical skills and acute business sense characterise me as professional and I derive great satisfaction only from the quality outcome of my work.
