The area to be tested: Complete flow of application to make it to desired quality, and verify the different types of ads like "Text ad", "Text+image", "Banner Ads" "Html" ads are serving properly or not.
I also had to test using different mobile user-agent and different platforms like OS, Model, Carriers, and Countries etc, it was a live site, so on every release I used to do regression and rest testing of application.
