Mr. Arefin Ashraf Khan is a qualified Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and a Barrister-at-Law from the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, United Kingdom. Mr. Khan has over Eight years of experience in legal consultancy and presently working at renowned law firm, Stellar Chambers, as its Partner. He started his professional career with a top-tier law firm in Bangladesh, Amir & Amir Law Associates as an Associate Barrister under Senior Advocate Barrister M. Amir-Ul Islam. He also worked as Senior Associate at another distinguished law firm, Akhtar Imam & Associates under Senior Advocate Barrister Akhtar Imam. Apart from his legal practice as a lawyer, he has also been occupied with teaching at Professional Legal Education Academy (PLEA). He is a proficient lecturer of Contract Law, Company Law and Family Law. He has been representing his clients in mediation, arbitration matters and appearing before the arbitration tribunal, Security and Exchange Commission Tribunal, Labour Court as well as Courts of Bangladesh on various matters.
