Communication Gateway service should support alarm messages from several predefined source (i.e. Moxa I/O, XML protocol, ESPA serial, Radio etc) and based on configuration send these alarms as text messages as SMS, Telegram, radio message etc. The software should run as a Windows service and support a configuration page.
