I need someone to develop a wordpress plugin.
STARTING I AM DESCRIBING THE PROBLEM (latest wordpress)
- i have create a custom post type for a site that contains a title, an image and two text fields(one url for site and one youtube link). The user can choose only one of this text fields. each image is of that post is beeing stored inside a subfolder of a taxonomy term inside a users name. so if i have User1, user2...UserN i have as many seperate folders that contain inside subfolders of taxonimy terms and inside them i have the uploaded images.

* What I need to do the plugin.
1. Auto rename the image to a sequence number with add a letter at the begining of the name either (L for link or Y for youtube choice of the text box). The sequence number will be the number of the uploaded images so the first image in each folder the number sould be 1 for the next one 2 e.t.c (so in the code i suppose there should be a routine that reads the state of the text filed to understant if this is a youtube link or either a url link and pass the starting letter and then another routine that will count the stored images of jpg retrived that number and add +1 for the current image).
so the first image for youtube choise should be [login to view URL]
the second image for URL should be url 2
the third image for url should be url 3
e.t.c. for each folder that the image is stored.
if if i have 3 folders for exaple inside each folder the starting number should be 1 for each first image.
2. Auto renaming the post title as the new image name
3. read the database and inside each folder should create a txt file with comma seperated values.
-the file name should be contant and i should be able to give it a name
-the fields should have the order image_name , the URL or the Youtube link, username
i have used the Toolset Types for the custom post if that helps.

What should I get
1.A wordpress plugin that workd in the final version without any use limitations
