Hi there,

I need the following:

413 error fix - I am trying to install a plugin which gives me the 413 error - I have uploaded it via FTP however it is not working properly. Need to configure WP to allow larger files to be uploaded

Yoast cannot find Htaccess file - I cannot edit my Htaccess file via Yoast

And admin bar on wordpress is not showing - the admin bar will not show up when on my site but showing up on wp admin dashboard

Need this done in the next hour or two
