Scrolling Names with Background music for WordPress page

I want to be able to make a vertical scroller displaying the names of people coming from a database (could be excel) and displayed on my WordPress Page and with audio in the background that can be turned on and off in the page.
Much like wordpress-plugin-information-reel/ but with more controls.
Also when a user clicks the name it s whould open another window or page with the information of the person. Like his picture, date of birth, age and others.
The functionality is similar to this website
