I currently have a site built on wordpress.

I need an additional page setup. This will be sign up page to a workshop. Need the following

- Need to capture all user info eg age, contact details etc

- customer needs to accept terms and conditions before paying

- paypal payment only then when that is received customer is emailed supporting material (This can be done manually if its to hard to setup)

Need it so that I can change the information we want captured and also change the terms and conditions

Most important it HAS TO BE DONE TODAY.
