Display external data from API on Wordpress page

Hi,
I have a Wordpress page running Elementor and a booking system with a REST API. I would like to be able to display data from the booking system on the Wordpress Elementor site, preferably by using ACF (Advanced custom fields plugin for Wordpress which is compatible with Elementor). The purpose is to show the time until the next available appointment in our booking system on the Elementor site.
Requirements:
- Pull data from the API about availability for each service from the booking system (up to 10 different appointment types with different availabilities)
- Format the data to the required texts that should be displayed (for example: available appointment today, if API returns available appointment slot today. if not, tomorrow, or date)
- Insert the formatted data/texts into ACF fields with a fixed interval so the data gets updated live
- ACF field should be possible to display using basic Elementor functions
I have an account with Zapier if it can be used for this purpose. If possible to use, it would be nice so I have the ability to perform minor changes myself later. I'm open to discuss the technical details about this solution and the project in general.
