Wordpress premium theme customization

I am looking for wordpress website. I am very keen about the quality of implementation.

Some details of site, which would help you visualize what I want, I will provide the design and graphics assets.

Ajax type Add to favorite post by the user only after registration and login. Add to favorite post button will be placed with the post. example [login to view URL]

Allow user to submit post (Submit post button or link to be placed in site), Submit post form should be from the website not going inside the wp-admin screens. it is custom submit form. (we will talk about the submit form details) but as of now it might look like this [login to view URL]

Two different kind of categories. One is just a Navigation category other is Manufacturers. Also a discription about the manufacturer can be added.

rate post, user should be able to rate it. There should cumulated rating as well which will give an overall rating to the manufacturer.

User profile with photograph (change profile picture etc, it should be website account level not Gratavatar types, we can discuss it), Also deep integration with facebook where user should be able to login/register with facebook and any updates by user in site should be visible in his facebook account.

Automatically Watermark image (copyright content), we should be able to upload transparent png image / text for watermarking. Image resizing should be done automatically to fit the screen size.

Mail subscription ( for all the subscribed/contributer users). Subscribe2 plug in can be use here. senders mail should be configurable.

Next prev post button to be places appropriately along with the post.

Contact us page / form

Look and feel customization. Post should appear similar to [login to view URL] with the slide show of the photographs uploaded by user. Will share the details of slideshow with design.

Brand Menu at the footer (It could be one the category or subcategory, Lets discuss in detail)

About us in the footer (a paragraph about site)

I would like to modify above features on the top of my exiting blog premium theme. lets talk more about the details etc.
