I need an windows installer for an executable file
Use this executable file as sample to build the installer

The installer should work on the following operating systems
1) Windows XP
2) Windows 7
3) Windows 8 and 8.1
32 and 64 bit
The installer should be able to install the exe file even if antivirus software and other software are used on the PC.
You should test on all these operating systems before sending the deliverables to us
Final deliverable must include
- Setup installer that works on all the above mentioned Windows operating systems
- Source code (which I can also compile easily)
- A nice looking installer UI
- Uninstall of the exe from the Windows control panel programs section
