I'm a sports handicapper and I am looking to build my own site where I can post and sell my picks. The site should have a back end admin part of the site where I and other handicappers at a future date will be able to log into our accounts and post picks that will be hidden to the public until purchased. Some examples of these sites are:

I have other examples if needed. I am in the very early stages of this so a domain name has yet to be figured out, but I would like to concentrate on getting a bid and see what exactly I am dealing with here. I am quite familiar with certain back end admin formats as I am already a handicapper on a site. But I want my own site where I can make more money and have complete control over.
