I am looking to have a website built ideally using wordpress. Most of the website is basic however on one page I need some code written. The template for the website can be based on our other page which can be found at www.cqnutrition.com.au. The only difference between this site and our existing site is that there will be no "pre-appointment form" or "IBS & Breath Testing" page on the new site. Instead the new site will have a "Energy Calculator" page. I have attached an Excel document with the calculations I need put into the site. On sheet 1, the shaded areas are the actual elements I would need to be visible on the site. People will be able to put in their height and weight, and the calculation will work out for them what their daily kilojoules or calories are for them to either maintain weight or lose weight. Sheet 2 which is the "Meal Requirements" is then for them to choose their average meal pattern. From this info their daily Kilojoule or Calorie targets are broken down into meals. For example, if the calculations identify that they need 5500kJ/day (1300Cal/day), and they have selected that their typical meal pattern is 3 main meals and two snacks/day (this will ideally be chosen from a drop down list stated as "Which of the following best describes your typical meal pattern?)), then the results would identify that they need "In order to lose weight three main meals at approximately 1500kJ (360Cal) each, and two snacks at approximately 500kJ (120Cal) each."
The new site will be an online business only which will be called Digital Dietitian. I can send logos also. I would prefer that it was in Wordpress as that is what my existing site is in. Thanks
