Finalise our language Learning Website: Codeigniter Expert needed

We have an online language tutoring website. It is 95% complete.

Our site links individual tutors worldwide for online lesson with individual students worldwide.

The platform that our website has been built on is codeignitor. We need a few simple tasks done quickly so our site can go live:

1) In the Tutor Account Section:

a) Native Languages and Languages being taught: The tutor should have a much larger scroll down menu (of all languages – not just 5). There needs to be the full scroll down list (not just 5 languages). This list IS available in the student account section under “Languages you speak or learn”: Use this larger list with English added!

b) The Languages scroll down list in the Tutor AND Student area does not have English! It should!

c) The languages that the tutor “Speaks or Primary” is not live. It needs to be.

d) Database error: “Database error” message occurs when a Tutor tries to save their lesson type. This needs to be fixed.

e) Under “Communication Tools” need to replace “IM Chat” heading with “Skype Address” We want tutors to leave their Skype address

f) Under “My Schedule” I want to be able to add multiple times for one day. The system needs to be:

i) If a tutor adds a time for a particular day (eg Monday) then that time should show up for every Monday. This currently works.

ii) The tutor must be to be able to add MULTIPLE times for a particular day (eg 9am – 1pm & 3pm-5:30pm on Tuesdays will allow the tutor to have lunch).

iii) The times listed for a particular day can be overridden if a tutor puts times in a particular date:

iv) If a Tutor adds a time for a particular day, the time for a particular day overrides the time for every Monday.

v) I want a tutor to be able to add multiple times for a particular day. They should only be deleted if the user actively deletes them.

g) Ensure that a photo can be uploaded to the Tutor and Student profile. At the moment we get an error message.

h) Ensure that a video can be uploaded to a tutor profile. At the moment we get an error message.

i) Transferring money from my Tutor Account to my Student Account:

i) My Tutoring Pro Tutors may want to use their My Tutoring Pro money to learn a language. To do this, a person may want to move money from their tutoring account to their student account. Tutors must be able to transfer funds from their Tutor account to their Student account via a link.

ii) It should work like a website I will name.

2) Booking System: Fully test that a student can book a lesson with a Tutor

a) Including: establishing a new tutor and a new student profile. Go through full lesson creation by tutor and lesson ordering and paying process by student and make sure that ordering and paying for a lesson is fully successful.

b) Go through the whole process of a tutor making lessons, then a student choosing the tutor and then the student booking an available lesson.

d) Iron out any bugs, error messages etc, in this process.

3) Payment System:

Inset the commissions into the coding of the website, so that commissions are automatically taken out of student payments in & tutor payments out:

a) Insert percentage commission taken from student into payment system (2.9%)

b) Insert percentage taken from tutor in payment system: (7.3%)

c) Tell me how to adjust these rates in the future if necessary.

4) Sliding Text Size: The large text on the sliding images is to be 2/3 of the current size.

5) Booking System:

Fully test that a student can book a lesson with a Tutor

a) Including: establishing a new tutor and a new student profile. Go through full lesson creation by tutor and lesson ordering and paying process by student and make sure that ordering and paying for a lesson is fully successful.

b) Go through the whole process of a tutor making lessons, then a student choosing the tutor and then the student booking an available lesson.

c) Thoroughly test this section.

d) Iron out any bugs, error messages etc, in this process.
