UX and Data Visualization Consultant Part-Time

Software startup in the San Francisco Bay Area seeking a part-time independent consultant, ready to start ASAP. Must be already physically located in the Francisco Bay Area, preferably in the Tri-Valley section of the East Bay. That means within 20 miles of San Ramon, California. Repeating, must already be physically located here. Sorry, but no exceptions. While remote work is OK, there are going to be regular (weekly) face-to-face meetings required for a period of 3 months. Even longer if the relationship continues.
Must have provable commercial software company experience desiging compelling intuitive data visualization for predictive data science insights, financially oriented. Software is aimed at Banks and Real Estate Developers. By "experience" we mean has actually designed user interfaces for web-based B2B applications for a commercial software company, and can show samples that are live online, and can provide references to validate that. By "B2B" we mean software that is aimed at businesses (in this case Banks) not aimed at consumers.
Must have experience creating "clickable demos" in Invision, and working prototypes in Angular.js
Must have experience with both desktop oriented web apps, and mobile apps.
Must have graphic design "flair".
Project will require 25-32 hours per week from now until Dec 31, 2017, and will probably continue that way well into 2018.
