Instal WordPress site with theme and plugins

I would like to have a WordPress based website with the following features
- content management for text/photo content
- blog
- easy account creation for users
- users should be able to upload and manage private galleries that can be only seen by user and admin/selected superuser
- there should be a page with a form where user and guest (without login) can upload several photos
- the file upload feature should be very intuitive
- I will choose a template from a 3rd party website, it has to be installed as well
You need to give us a short tutorial about how to use the page and each function.
You must speak great English and also show us references of nice looking and excellently working websites.
