I need to migrate an existing site created on a local host (Mamp) to a website in blue host. I already have the contract in blue host but I don't know how to do the migration safely from Mamp.

The existing site is in my local host saved in my computer, so I will need someone to actually work from my computer to transfer all the files accordingly.
