URGENT: Drupal Website Build - Immediate Work

I need to replicate the BASE website over onto a Drupal installation.
This is being done to allow for the 'faceted search' and 'filters' as used on the EXAMPLE web site.

The categories/variations/search options include the following examples:
Type: Clothing, Shoes, Accessories, Gifts, Room Decor, For Mum
Gender: Girls, Boys, Unisex
Sizes: 0000, 000, 00, 0, 1, 2, 3 (for clothes) - Large, Medium, Small (for accessories)
Full sizing/options lists will be provided to the successful freelancer.
The final set of requirements include:
- Setting it up to accept payments via PayPal? (In Australia)
- Setting it up to send order notifications to multiple email addresses (info@ and boss@)
- Setting it up to allow an admin to manage inventory levels, in bulk. (Stock sold in person at their store needs to be updated each day)
- Setting it up so that prices be updated/changed in bulk. $/% changes to all products in a category/brand?
- Setting it up to have a 'comments' field to allow people to customise their items. (Engraving/Naming/Gift Tags for Christmas/Birthdays)
- Setting it up so the site visitor filter the products that they see by groups. (Example. If they are in the Boys section, can they filter the items by size so they only see items that have Size 12 in stock? - if Size 12 is a variation/option for the shirt/pants)
- Setting it up so the store take multiple codes/coupons. 1 for free shipping if they spend over X, and a 2nd if they have a gift voucher/competition prize
