I have a store that I just launched using Shopify. I am selling canvas prints. I have the system set to sell the product, then I have the customer uploading their artwork on the Thank You page. This isn't working. Customers aren't seeing the option and are leaving the store or ordering and forgetting to send the files. I have to have the user upload the file while ordering.
