We are a US based Corporation headquartered out of California. We are looking to hire a full time Virtual Assistant whose primary areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to:
1) SEO & Link Building
Strong experience in this area is mandatory since you will be setting up many links. White hat only.
2) Article Writing and submission. You must be able to write articles in a readable fashion.
3) Keyword Research
4) Web Design / Ftp / Cpanel Management.
5) Social bookmarking and Web 2.0 Creation (FaceBook, MySpace, Squidoo, Dig...etc.)
6) Creating Wordpress Blogs and blog posting
7) Strong English skills are mandatory. You will be trained through Camtasia videos so you must be able to speak, write and understand English fluently.
Necessary Skills
Ability to work independently and without supervision
Ability to Meet Deadlines and Time Frames
Writing, reading and understanding English (MANDATORY)
Availability - On line via Skype or IM 8AM to 4PM Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday (40 hours per week)
Flexibility – Must be able to adapt to change quickly
Must be results oriented and problem solver
Compensation
We will pay the successful applicant monthly via Paypal and have them work on numerous projects throughout the month. You will receive instructions on a daily to semi daily basis.
DO NOT bid on this project if you want to be paid on a “project by project” basis!!! If you want to bid and compete with every Freelancer on GAF for jobs every day, then this project is NOT for you so DO NOT bid on it! This project is for a Web Designer & SEO Link Builder who wants a steady, reliable and secure monthly income.
The first week will be a trial period and we will deposit sufficient money based upon your bid in escrow for trial compensation. If we are happy with your work after the first week you will then be hired permanently. We will renew your contract every 3 months provided we are happy with your Web Design & SEO work. You will be paid once a month via Paypal.
You will primarily be building link farms customizing sites based on keywords and topic/subject matters that we will give you. All training will be provided through Camtasia video and as such you will be required to sign a non disclosure / exclusivity agreement.
You will also have to demonstrate your SEO / Link Building skills by providing current samples of your work, work history or references. If we feel you are then qualified for the position you will sign a non disclosure / exclusivity agreement. Once we receive the signed agreement we will provide you with a detailed description of a test project for you to do and will grade you on ability, creativity and time.
