Website Redesign (PSD then Wordpress Template)

I am looking for a company or individual to create a website design for my client [login to view URL] - under NO circumstances are you to contact the client directly, all correspondence must come through us.
The website needs to be brought up to date. We are looking for a new design using Photoshop that can then be converted into a wordpress template with appropriate widget area and text areas. We need a homepage design and a "other pages" design for use across the site.
These are the must haves for the designer/company:
- You must have a high standard of work and be able to show previous work and testimonials
- You must have an advanced understanding of Photoshop design and preferably an understanding of Wordpress
- We would consider a designer only as we can have the conversion down elsewhere.
Must haves for the design overall:
- Up to date and engaging
- Similar colour scheme to original (but feel free to add to this gently)
- Full screen with centralised container
- Logo must be kept to its original design
- Contact details must be clearly visible on every page towards the top
- Top Menu bar - to include About Us, Product 1, Product 2, Product 3, Product 4, Product 5, Product 6, Product 7, Product 8, Product 9, News, Contact Us - each product area is a product category drop down, so you will need to include a drop down example for at lease on of them to add relevant products later.
- Left Side bar - This will be a wordpress widget area. Please design the widget title template and area. This area will include text, images and links. Design to match the rest of the site.
- Right Side Bar - This will include a contact form that will appear of each page (call to action) Name, email, telephone etc.
- Footer: This will be a widget area, and will link to various page within the site and off the site.
Must haves for the home page:
- Logo and contact details must appear at the top of the page
- A clear content area must be visible to adding text later i.e at least 500 - 1000 words.
- Left and right side bars
- Banner or rotating (not flash) image area to display images etc.
They are the basics for now, so if you feel up to the job please get in touch.
