Update my order form on my website

Hi there freelancers,
I have a order form on my site that I want to update. Here are my requirements:
1. Make it look really beautiful (right now it looks very simple)
2. Make it simple to use for the user
3. Make sure your update will work with all browsers
4. IMPORTANT: My main issue is that when the user copies something from a word document or PDF and they paste it in the form, the form strips out all the formatting data and I get simple plain text without any formatting and it becomes really hard to read. The form automatically sends me an email, so when I get the email I want to be able to read it easily without formatting being removed.
5. After the user submits the form, user is redirected to Thank you page. I would like to have a thank you popup display on the same page as the form instead, and when user clicks OK, user is redirected to the home page
Now, keep in my that I want this form to look really nice. That's one of my main asks, to make the form look simple and beautiful.
