Static Travel Website

Hello,

I am looking for a web design professional who can create me a static (html) website. This website will be travel and family fun related. (Example, articles and ads will be geared toward families looking to take a affordable vacation in state).

On the front page, I will want a space for the featured travel spot of the day along with a block for a picture.

I want the ability to:

1. Add new articles

2. Writers to login and post new articles

3. Add sponsor banners

4. Add my Google adsense on each page

5. Site search (simple)

6. Section to list Hotels

7. Section to list Dining

8. Section to list rent-a-car (see template for 6-8)

At this point I want bare minimum and a provider who is willing to stick with me until the job is finished. I promise prompt payment and client loyalty.

What I basically need to start is an HTML designed site, similar (but unique) to the template provided above. I want Greens and Dark Blues for color. I need the ability to simply paste articles into the site and publish them to the front page and other categories.

Remember the template I pasted at the top is simply a guide to the style I like, do not duplicate it. I want something different and unique for us.

I will also need a logo and header later, but lets get this started.
