Can you please provide me with pricing for BOTH options for a modified template and a fresh new template? I would prefer a fresh new template, but would like to compare costs.
What I REALLY need is to have a new template created that has standardized forms and functions we will offer to this same client industry. I have a Sales Representative who will be selling to clients who will all need pretty much the same exact functions, so it would just be a matter of modifying the template to match each site. If this is something you're interested in – we have a lot of potential business that we can get in the Political / Campaign Industry because my Sales Rep is a campaign manager who has a lot of relationships with already elected officials. In terms of design and functionality, the design needs to match the attached screen shots exactly. In terms of functionality, below is a summary of some of the main requirements:
1. A pop-up sign-up form that appears over the first time someone goes to site. If pop-up is closed without form being complete, cookie is saved so it doesn't pop up until site is visited again. See [url removed, login to view]
2. If pop-up sign was not completed, after 30 seconds of viewing a page – a slider appears on the bottom of the screen inviting the viewer to sign up for updates (NOT required on the initial version, but please include in pricing option).
3. Facebook and Twitter integration (number of likes and followers) – see attached screen shots.
4. Rotating front page banner (see image to the left of the SIGN UP FORM on FRONT PAGE screen shot).
5. YouTube video library page(see attached screen shot).
6. Blog (see attached screen shot)
I will provide you with layered PSD files already sized for all browsers.
