Web Radio 2

I posted this project before but did not recevie any responses that would be a winner; maybe I did not define properly - so let's try it again.

I want you to deliver to me a working web radio station.

It needs to be a fully web-based solution.

I expect that you will present me with a test / temporary web page where we, the people who will make the radio programs login. Once logged in I expect that there will be a program where we can make radio programs to either recorded or live. There will also be something in the program so that the person in charge can schedule the shows to run. You will have also worked how and where we store the music or how the person making the show, will get their music on air.

I am looking for a fully working final product delivered to me.
