Remove Viruses from Server, adapt code, optional Server Management

i run different websites on one dedicated server, which have been hacked and viruses have been implanted... I need someone to find the reasons, why hackers can still misuse our mail and webservers, remove the viruses, trojan horses etc... and then take protective action, so it does not happen again in the future. we are talking about the entire server structure with around 10 domains. later we are looking for someone who can offer server management with high security attention.

we usually pay by the hour. i would pay 500 eur to get the entire server cleaned and protected, after that we can talk about a SLA.

for this however the server must be really clean and solutions and analysis must be provided in detail.

problem must be solved within 5 days after we assign it to the developper.
