Expertise scraping XML URLs into Google Sheets then Extracting data from URL

I have around 7-8 XML sheets that live online and are in Sitemap format. Each XML contains real estate listings that are on my website generated by a 3rd party. I need someone who will be able to do the following:
- Scrape all the URL's from the XML pages that I identify (this would need to happen daily)
- Create a Google Sheet where URL's will be stored (and updated daily)
- Create numerous columns in the Google Sheet for things like MLS #, Address, Home Price, Beds, Baths, Square Feet, Longitude & Latitude, a URL for the main picture, etc. This will be used to create a Google Product List for Real Estate homes so we will be using their template.
- From each of the URL's that were scraped and listed in the Google Sheet - each URL must be visited and information regarding the type above ie. MLS #, Address, Home Price etc must be entered into the proper column.
- The longitude and latitude may need the Google Maps API to determine based on the address - however, I do believe that information is on the URL page source code so can be located with some advanced targeting.
- Lastly, you will install the FB Pixel codes needed to track the content_types and content_ids ([login to view URL])
We do have access to [login to view URL] - which is RPA software that can be used to do this. This list needs to be updated daily through an automated / scheduled process.
