Massive Simple Link Building Project

I create many websites...up to 1000 domains a week. Each website has 5 subdomains on it. I need 5-10 links to EACH subdomain that have at least a PR0. No banned/black hat/porn/gambling links.
I don't care if they are reciprocal links but the links page that you create with the reciprocals will NOT be linked from any of the other pages of that subdomain.
There are many possible ways (very easy ones) for you to get these links to each subdomain, I just need time to build my sites and not worry about the link campaign.
I pay per hour and I would like to have someone work for me for at least 4 months, everyday.
You can get about 200 domains with 5 subdomains each (1000 sites with atleast 5 links to each one) done in less than 20 hours. If I am making 1000 sites a week that means you would be able to have 2 days off or you could do it a bit slower than 200 domains per day and work the whole week.
Please post your bids in HOURLY and MONTHLY figures. Remember I am looking for a LONG TERM partner.
