Web Insights & Reporting Implementation Project Consultant

The Vestel Group is a pan European appliance manufacturing business, making everything from washing machines to TV’s & Tablets, we are the largest TV producer in Europe & also a significant player in the UK market. An exciting opportunity has arisen within our eCommerce team for an expert in web data analysis to help establish a dedicated reporting function.

Initially on a 3 month contract, you’ll develop and implement the KPIs, systems, dashboards, databases and reporting structures to support a range of websites and applications including Finlux, Servis and all our social sites. This will provide the business with meaningful, high value data & insights to allow us to optimize our strategies, processes & ultimately profitability.

You’ll have experience in managing & delivering a number of similar projects, preferably in a retail, commercial, FMCG or Telecoms environment, and be able to demonstrate your high levels of success. It goes without saying that you’ll have all the required technical expertise e.g. -

• Web analytics & ecommerce customer segmentation / conversion optimization experience using Coremetrics, Omniture or ideally Google Analytics,

• Strong database building & query skills in Access / SQL / MySQL

• Advanced Excel data manipulation skills & VBA experience

You’ll be able to hit the ground running. & will have a strong aptitude for data/customer insight and analysis, with an eye for detail and the ability to discern trends and disseminate real actionable insights from large amounts of data. You’ll be an excellent communicator and willing and able to take full responsibility for project implementation to a tight timescale.
