Hi everybody,
We are having a big issue with bluehost dedicated server, the users that make registration on our magento site is not getting the activation email link on Yahoo and hotmail. Now is working good for gmail and corporate emails, the problem is not on our code is with the host. We contacted bluehost in this was the answer:

Generally sending email can be blocked by spam list providers when they receive reports of your server/IP sending unrequested Email. Enough reports in a time period may cause them to block you and prevent you from sending to users subscribed to their services.
Most of the time when users are blocked its due to spam being sent from hacked email accounts/scripts or mailing lists that don't have the required Double Opt in/single opt out rule by the CAN-SPAM act. Keep in mind because you can send as many emails as you like and you are the only user on that IP you are responsible for managing your own IP/Email reputation.
You can review your mail logs and see if the mail being sent from your server is "normal" or not by logging into your WHM and clicking on the yellow Email icon. It will parse your logs in four different ways:
- View Sent Summary: This feature shows the total number of message delivery attempts for each domain. This information is divided into successful and failed attempts, and shows the total number of bytes sent by each domain.
- View Mail Statistics Summary: Snapshot of Mail traffic from your server. Useful to see possible spam.
- Mail Queue Manager: This feature allows you to view and manage email messages queued for delivery.
- Mail Delivery Reports: his screen allows you to find and review messages sent from and received by your server.
Once you have located the problem and resolved it you need to find out who has blacklisted you and what needs to be done to become delisted.
There are many different tools to search to see if you have been blacklisted and by whom. The two I use are:

Some times its not only your server that can be marked but the IP given to you by your ISP. You can also check that as well. If that is marked you will want to contact your ISP to inform them they have a blacklisted IP.
If marked positive you will have to go through the process of being whitelisted on their network. Each provider has different criteria required for being removed and will have to use the resources listed from the blacklist check sites.
