I need to build an addon to Outlook 2003 so that the following happens. Go to Public Folders/Shared Contacts.

Right Click a Contact

Now we see some extra options.

New Letter to Contact

New Fax to Contact

Click New Letter and the contacts details are merged into a Word Template (the same for the Fax).

This should be acheived without having Outlook complaining about security - have a look at this for example - [url removed, login to view]
