Fixings on an existing Outlook Plugin - in VB

We have an existing outlook plugin for our CRM solution, which was supported in the past by previous outlook versions. The application is in VB.NET We do not have a .NET developer in house anymore.
The outlook plugin allows the use to add emails to the CRM and relate them with existing customers or click to add a new one. Controls within the plugin used to work but not anymore. It looks like there is an issue passing parameters to the CRM service. Also, a couple of parameters should be added as settings in the plugin.
The attachment includes both source files and installer.
Can anyone assist in checking the problems, if any and making it compatible with current outlook versions?
