Visual Basic create formulas from dataset

Hi,

I need someone who can create a function to create the formulas as the excel file attached, the instruction are described in the doc file

so this is the process,

i will send dataset with more than 1 table with 20 columns each table, the 7 first columns will have data from

the function should fill the other columns applying the formula from the file.

this job is estimated in 1 hour work, i need it in one asap,

the provider should send the function with formulas and very well commented.
