Designer to create banners

We've got images and require 3 dynamic banners consisting of 3 images each.
You will need to desaturate colours and add text to some of the images, and also pay close attention to the colour scheme when adding text. We want the images to tell a story, and require someone who has a talent for doing so through their image editing work.
Wireframes are done in Excel showing what we're looking for, and photo selection has been done already. All you need to do is to implement and produce the dynamic banners (animated gif, not flash).

We're looking for highly motivated, self-starter designers who are able to work independently and pay *very close attention to instructions and to detail*.
There will be lots of projects in future for the right candidates - we are likely to hire several people. When bidding note that we are also looking at design students for the same tasks, and we're price-responsive at this stage as it's a startup. So your bid has to be realistic in this context, to have a chance of success.
