Need A Stable, Long-Term, USA-based, Friendly Assistant : for Online Order Processing, Customer Service, and occassional packing and shipping

Hi everyone.
We are looking for a reliable person stably based in the USA in one place who can still work remotely from home.
It is for a vanilla bean packing and shipping and online selling company. You'll occassionally have to (not very often) receive and ship and batch and pack orders, but 99% of the work is totally online and at leisure.
Common sense, love of writing, people skills, are the main qualifications, but French-speaking is a big plus too!
A love and knowledge of brewing and craft beer is a plus too.
We want a long LONG term person who is stable enough in resolve to stick with a company for years.
We will hire based on an hourly rate (needs to be charged for actual time used though and not "rounded up" hours, since most days there is not an exact hour count needed, and a lot of responses are templated copy and paste that take less than an hour to finish.
We are interested to have somebody for years, who will also want to grow with the vanilla and feel responsible for their successes and mistakes.
Good for someone in the USA based at home or with a family, who likes remote work (working at home) and wants to see this as a job of a few hours a week for extra income.
Not good for people who are in a student, nomad, or backpacker exploration phase of their life.
