I'm looking for someone who can walk around Ortigas Center in Manila during morning peak hours.
Capture/record traffic directions and traffic light timings.
Document them and capture video recording as supporting material.
The project is not a one-day project. It may require several trips. Of course, so payment will be given for each trip.
Need someone with a good mobile camera.
