Video for a screen recorded software demo

We need a video creator to create and edit a demo video for a software feature. The demo will be screen recorded (see example attached) then we will need to add an intro and outro and some basic overlaying animation to explain what the software does.
The software is a doctor appointment system that can be deployed on websites in the form of a chatbot, the system allows remote video consultation which is the bit that we would like to demonstrate in this video in addition to showing that the chatbot can answer patient questions. The recording is end-to-end which means we need to show the doctor side as well and blend the videos together.
