We own and operate multifamily apartment communities in the Houston area. We are looking for a promotional video for one of our properties. There are two audiences, a primary audience is prospective new residents. The second audience is our current residents. The main message we would like to get across is pride in the community, by projecting a sense of belonging. The method for promoting this pride is two-fold. We want one strong personal testimonial from a long-term resident, and an equally strong message from a staff member, both in the same video.
