Looking for a short After Affects Animation

We are looking for a "wheel of fortune" animation.

Our Wheel of Fortune needs only to be displayed on a white background. So no stage, curtains etc like in the video. The attached image is a good example for look and feel for a "Wheel of Fortune"
The words on the different colored segments on the wheel should alternate between "Win" and "Lose"
We need 2 separate animations / actions for our wheel of fortune:
1) Wheel starts at static state, the starts spinning where wheel decreases in speed and stops on the word "Win". The words "Congratulations, you are a winner!" should then appear over the wheel. The words should should use a growing transition effect to appear.
2) Wheel starts at static state, the starts spinning where wheel decreases in speed and stops on the word "Lose". The words "Sorry, better luck next time!" should then appear over the wheel. The words should should use a growing transition effect to appear.
We need the following deliverables:
1) The 2 animations in After Effects files
2) The 2 animations exported to a JSON file using the BodyMovin Plugin (We need the Lottie Files of the animation)
