The project is for non-robots :p So before in bidding description please write down KRIAKRIA, and then your text. Europe/Russia freelancer prefered. We have web-site with video player and video uploading/converting to flv, but we need some modifications.

# Video converting � to .flv and .3gp. Download links.
# Floating text ads (like on youtube), from top. (managed from admin panel
Embedding fields � direct link, html-code, embedding codes for certain sites ([url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], etc). Example from [url removed, login to view]: ([url removed, login to view])
Uploading progress bar. When user uploads video, he have to see all procceses - time remaining, converting to .flv, converting to .3gp and so on... with some animation.
